About Us

I was diagnosed with stage IV aggressive, incurable sarcoma cancer over 11 years ago. I am the one out of 5 million to have the very rare disease Retroperitoneal Leiomyosarcoma. I’ve had over 100 tumors, 3+ years of chemotherapy, 8 surgeries and 11 years of chronic pain. I’ve been told death was imminent 6 different times. I’ve lost a husband, friends and my career along the way BUT today I claim victory and joy!

I’ve been involved with art and design as a hobby for decades but cancer treatment has left me in chronic pain and I can no longer make jewelry. A few years ago I began looking for a new creative outlet and came across acrylic paint pouring. I devoted myself to learning this craft which is a combination of art and science. Mixing acrylic paint with additives allows me to create multi-colored artwork with a distinctive flair. Creating this abstract art is my happy place. It has saved my mental health during the pandemic.

Today I am tumor-free and in a healthy relationship. If you are in a bad situation right now, please gather up your courage and make the changes for what you need and deserve… the results may surprise you. You may have heard that unicorns do not exist yet here I am.
